By using the bdtki website (https://bdtki.cam) and all related services ("Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between bdtki and you ("User" or "Member"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

bdtki reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with bdtki, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information at the time of registration.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must register under your own name; registration under another person's identity or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address that belong to you.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdtki may request identity verification from you at any time. You may be required to submit the following documents for verification:

• A scan or photocopy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Documents required for address verification (bank statement, utility bill, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account verification).

bdtki reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of failure to verify or provision of false information.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 VIP Program

bdtki's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your active participation and conduct on the platform. Wagering requirements may apply before cashback can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• If bonus abuse — such as arbitraging or systematic bonus exploitation — is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly as cash under any circumstances before wagering is completed.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtki platform and may result in account closure:

• Depositing funds into an account using third-party money.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, deceiving, or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.

All content displayed on the bdtki platform — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is protected under the copyright of bdtki or its content providers.

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing platform content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.
• bdtki's trademarks or service marks may not be used without prior written permission from bdtki.
